Tatiana Zdyb, Ph.D.
I have had the pleasure and privilege of helping individuals, couples and groups successfully navigate life’s challenges for almost twenty years. I am adept at identifying the problem(s) from the perspectives of all those affected, validating the feelings that arise in response, fostering critical thinking and an analysis of options ultimately resulting in a course of action that meets the needs of those seeking counsel and mediation.
I have a Ph.D. in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a specialization in Health Promotion from The University of Western Ontario as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.
The services I provide are informed by:
A deep understanding of human behaviour and motivations, enabling me to identify underlying issues and facilitate effective communication between conflicting parties.
Experience with various techniques that focus on resolving conflicts.
Advanced ability to maintain neutrality allowing me to approach conflicts without bias, which is essential for fair mediation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven history of helping individuals find solutions to complex personal, communication and relationship issues.
Conscious communication skills allowing me to excel in facilitating dialogue, ensuring that all parties feel heard and understood, which is critical for successful mediation outcomes.
